>Teaching niggers Catholicism
So you're basically Africa?

Nah, our niggers follow the same religion as everyone else

Proud of you Brazil

Just keep the liberation theology commies in check

Had an university teacher like that.
Ex-nun liberation bullshit full degenerate

>mfw Evangelicalism is taking over South America

and now it won't thanks to the pope

It's too late, amigo. Even with all the Pope's actions he was not able to stop the progress of Christianity in South America.

...

But we are already christians, we are catholics. Also pope francis is popular as fuck

Why do they like him? Basically every Catholic I know hates him for being an uber-cuck fag that pushes open borders and general cuckery.

because he is basically the embodiment of Latin America's views of the world

>Also pope francis is popular as fuck
I know, but I don't think you understand why. Do you know how many Catholics I've had to listen to say that "the Pope says Catholics can get to Heaven!", or "the Pope supports socialism and Bernie Sanders!" or "the Pope is totally okay with gay marriage!". Your Pope has become so obsessed with being popular, that he has lost sight of being clear on the Truth.

>11AM: Catholicism class
>12AM: Stealing shit from white tourists
>1PM: Uma delicia lunch
>2PM: Pride parade
The absolute state of Catholic church.

> Protestantism
Literally liberalism in the form of religion.

Lots of people like him, but from what i have seen. those are mostly the ones who barely care about religion. The people who really are Catholic seem to dislike him, and other just hate him.

Of course, that must be why protestants in Latin America go to church more often than Catholics, are more likely to share their faith with others, are more charitable (despite placing more importance on bringing Christ to the poor as opposed to just giving them stuff), are more likely to see and perform miracles, place greater importance on Christianity in their lives, and oppose same-sex marriage more than Catholics. Because following Christ is apparently a "liberal" thing now.

pewforum.org/2014/11/13/religion-in-latin-america/

Don't you get that is what jesuits do? First they get you interested in the religion by getting a good opinion that slowly introduce catholic concepts until they merge with your culture and you become catholic without even knowing. That's basically Brazil, gay people say "Nossa Senhora" on a daily basis, and people value much more a person that is humble and sincere than a powerful, rich and selfish person

Reminder that Our Lady of Fatima prophesied that Russia would become Catholic

>Of course, that must be why protestants in Latin America go to church more often than Catholics, are more likely to share their faith with others, are more charitable (despite placing more importance on bringing Christ to the poor as opposed to just giving them stuff), are more likely to see and perform miracles, place greater importance on Christianity in their lives
lol just loling my ass off

>foverer catholic

My Brazilian experience involved lots of hookers and booze. Seems like it's the national sport or something.

Apprently things are shaping up such that some folks are expecting that Fatima will be juxtaposed against some Islamic figure or other that mostly matches up and that this is going to be the nexus for uniting Christianity and Islam into the upcoming One World Religion.

It's a sad day for Catholicism when acting like Christ is considered laughable.

good work

And?
My friend, Brazil isn't the US, our protestants aren't your protestans, we are two separate countries. I find it funny cause the average person here in Brazil would probably have said the same but about the protestants/evangelics

Nothing, really, just had a good time in your country.

Non-white Christians treat the religion like a meme. There's basically no such thing really.

Everybody does, we want everyone to feel good :)

>My friend, Brazil isn't the US, our protestants aren't your protestans, we are two separate countries.
It's just you would think that things like going to Church and charitability and opposing gay marriage would be things that all Christians, especially Catholics, would support, I just never expected Catholicism (at least in Latin America) to take such a downturn that you would laugh at those things.

At first I was joking when I said Christianity was taking over Latin America, because Catholics are Christians too, right? But if you really think that acting like Christ is a joke then I don't think you can be called Christian. In which case, I'm right, Christianity finally is coming to Latin America after all these years.

I love how you guys set the whorehouses up like singles bars so the fat old white guys can pretend that they are "picking up" hot chicks.
Surprisingly, the religious brown people take Christianity much more seriously than any white person I have ever met.

catholics are very charitable and do try to imitate christ, you silly person.

Ok, since when does Pope Francis support gay marriage? He held an LGBT flag yes, but had he say that he supports gay marriage? He said that the church is open to anyone including gay people, but not that he supported gay marriage
>At first I was joking when I said Christianity was taking over Latin America, because Catholics are Christians too, right? Also lol, no wonder why evangelics will never take over Brazil, because of positions like this

>Ok, since when does Pope Francis support gay marriage?
I never said that, but I did state the fact that more Catholics support gay marriage than Evangelicals.

>Also lol, no wonder why evangelics will never take over Brazil, because of positions like this
You're a decade late bud, we're already taking over South America, precisely because we follow Christ instead of laughing at his teachings like you do.

>we're already taking over South America
Nah, you are only taking Brazil and most protestants are viewed really badly among the common population. Especially due to radical views like yours which completely opposes our culture and our way of living

he wasn't laughing at christ's teachings, just you outdated puritan notions and the hypocrisy of it all

>you are only taking Brazil
Statistically false.

>most protestants are viewed really badly among the common population. Especially due to radical views like yours which completely opposes our culture and our way of living
Oh jeez, that's bad. That says a lot about the state of South America today if the way of Christ is viewed as opposing your "way of living".

ah yes haha, everybody loves to spoil girls, also it's much better when the girl actually wants to fuck you hue

It's a pretty pathetic thing to see, makes me feel bad for all of the "english teachers" who don't speak english. Honestly, I've been to like 3 of them with horny old coworkers when on business trips to Sao Paulo.

I don't speak the 'gese. can you translate?

Pernambuco, eh? where you from?

To be quite frank nobody cares here hue. People are really open about relationships, and whores and other addictions. People just think that everyone has a escape vault, no one is perfect lol. To the point that every brazilian though it was funny what Ryan Lochte did at the olympics, and he probably would have gotten away without the lie, because everyone has gotten pretty drunk to the point of doing stupid shit, drunk driving is really really common here, but when he lied about being mugged in our country people got really pissed, and now the forgiveness faded away and it was a matter of pride proving him wrong, because no one here would blame an entire country for being drunk

That's sort of how I felt about it. I've been drunk and done some stupid shit in Brazil. My impression is that as a country, Brazil has a pretty easy attitude when it comes to drunken hijinks. As long as you don't act like an ass or harm another, you guys are pretty cool with it.

Basically our supreme court is one vote away out of three votes remaining of authorizing public schools of religion classes being authorized as constitutional, but some view that as disproportional since because of a Vatican deal with the Brazilian state that was signed by our former president Lula back in 2008 authorizing the catholic religious teaching in public schools, and that this religious teaching would solely be catholic teaching since the Vatican is the only religion with a state. And most supreme court judges say fuck it we are catholics, one even joked that if it was to reject our catholic heritage we should rename our states from Saint Paul, Saint Catarina and Holy Spirit to Paul, Catarina and Pig Spirit and remove the Christ the Redemeer from Rio and our christian holidays

>rename our states from Saint Paul, Saint Catarina and Holy Spirit to Paul, Catarina and Pig Spirit and remove the Christ the Redemeer from Rio and our christian holidays
lel

I can't imagine how many hundreds (thousands?) of Christ the Redeemer statues you guys would have to take down. I never knew there was more than just the famous one in Rio.

They talk real game and then act like typical niggers. Every mudskin is devout and holy when they talk, but talk is cheap, look at how they act, they're always hypocrite degenerates. Always.

>remove the Christ the Redemeer from Rio
let me stop you right there
dont ever type that again

I've had this experience, so I can say you're probably right about this. They really talk a good game most of the time, though, don't they?

the bible itself says that everyman is a sinner. Sinning doesn't necessarily means you are not catholic, repenting and recognizing it is wrong it's a big part of catholicism

hopefully it's real and not similar to Africa's weird as fuck version of it.

This. Grandma is very religious and thus i am in contact very often with her "brothers and sisters" of the church. Just dishonest and dirty and two-faced niggers as they can be. They just are "religious" because they can't think of much else to do in their daily lives and it's a community thing.

>"brothers and sisters" of the church.
she isn't catholic isn't she?

>h-hey look at us we are so great for championing heresy and praying to statues (idolatry)

the only good post itt.

hmm and yet youre still a dysfunctional shithole

good goy

Not in the USA.

Well then. As an Irish Catholic I can proudly say I hope God punishes you all for throwing this anti-pope onto the Church

All these christcucks thinking brazil teaching this shit in schools like its going to fucking matter HAHAH fucking insanity. I'm really starting to believe 90% of all these christians are from reddit. They are Sargon tier fucking retards.

How did brazil turn out to be so religious?
>on trip between rio and paraty
>biggest/neatest building in any town is always some church
>all towns have different types of church
>religious music on half the radio stations
>talk show host asking questions about the bible
>all shops have "jesus é o senhor" somewhere
>mfw
