No nipples, the QUALITY was fixed in a half-assed way that still looks shit but not as funny, and a few shots are actually less lewd than in the TV broadcast.

That said, there are some extra shots here and there, and in some scenes it's the removed censoring makes stuff better. Basically, both versions are less than perfect.
