I think it's direct implication that we won't get "magically extended lifespan" ending for Freyja. Well, it's possible to create ending where Freyja gets longer life and still sings, but I think Kawamori just wants to say that Freyja is completely satisfied with her short life, that she is happy as she is. Extending her life would be completely pointless.
