I imagine people do it because the Sup Forums drawfag threads are WAY more active than the others (normally). That's the main reason why I don't go to the other ones for ideas. A lot of the porn requests in here tend to be more vanilla/tame as well - perhaps things that would be welcome in /h/, but not obscure or strange enough for /d/.
As for the quality of drawfags, I don't think it's true that the ones in Sup Forums are more talented than the others. I've seen some really good shit posted in the other drawfag threads. We have a lot of regulars here who are moderately talented, I think that skews a lot of peoples' opinion on the level of quality.
