So can somebody please explain to me where Ichigo's powers are coming from now?

So can somebody please explain to me where Ichigo's powers are coming from now?
It's changed so many times since all this has started I lost track.
From Rukia to Hollow to Fullbring to Quincy I'm so lost at this point.

Also Bleach discussion thread I guess.

Read the manga

Yes I'll just read almost 700 chapters instead.
That seems easier and faster than asking a simple question.

I guarantee you'll find the best answer by simply reading the manga.

Something something just according to Keikaku something eugenics something

Is bleach a good story to follow if you wanna see some action?

Then why do care about Bleach if you're not going to fucking read it?

They're coming from his ass

I read it already, the story's just been going on so long I don't remember all of it anymore.

Because he's baiting, user.

>Rukia loans temporary powers to Ichigo
Human with Shinigami access
>Ichigo discovers his own powers. His hollow spirit IS his shinigami spirit (the two are sides of a coin), but he doesn't know this. His Quincy remain dormant because "Zangetsu" (in actuality, a spirit representation of Yhwach) doesn't want Ichigo fighting and actively represses his potential
Human with shinigami powers/uncontrollable hollow powers
>Ichigo believes he is a just a shinigami-human hybrid but his hollow mask manifests to save Ichigo when he is in danger (and Yhwach loosens his grip)
>eventually "masters" his form enough to control it for decent periods
Human with shinigami/hollow powers
>Ichigo, who only has access to his shinigami/hollow powers, throws everything away to defeat Aizen
Human
>Powerless Ichigo awakens his dormant Fullbringer powers in his human body
Human/Fullbringer
>Ichigo regains his sleeping powers after Soul Society jolts them awake
Human/Fullbringer with Shinigami/Hollow access
>Ichigo fights Quilge Opie and awakens his Quincy powers by meeting a pure Quincy (Uryuu is a mixed blood)
Human/Fullbringer with Shinigami/Hollow access and uncontrollable Quincy powers
>Ichigo goes to the palace and obtains his true Zanpakutou. Yhwach stops repressing his potential
Human/Fullbringer with Shinigami/Hollow/Quincy mastery

Forgot that Ichigo turns back into a human once again after obtaining his Fullbring. Close enough though.

Fullbring is actually just Human with Hollow reiatsu.

True, though I felt it was worth distinguishing since it was a separate power/form he had to awaken and train independent of his sleeping powers

I agree, but you're missing a step:
>Ginjou steals Ichigo's Fullbring

So really he's just Human with Shinigami/Hollow powers again; although elements of his former Fullbring appear in his new form it's redundant to include it as a separate power. All it does is enhance his base abilities.

>Human/Fullbringer with Shinigami/Hollow/Quincy mastery
What a long way we've come. I think I preferred it when things were much simpler.

The answer is no one here fucking knows at this point

As always out of Kubos ass.

...

he was born half shinigami and half quincy.the quincy was blocking out the shinigami part now it isn't.also kill yourself for reading bleach.cunt

>not putting Bleach in the op
Fuck off.

His mother: Quincy, who got a Hollow inside of her thanks to Aizen letting his lab rat hunt in Karakura.
His father: a Shinigami who entered a gigai made of human... souls? I think Urahara said it was souls.
This combination of four types of spirit entities created a perfect balance, and from it Ichigo was born when his parents banged. His soul is that same combination of four. The reason we didn't know about it until recently is because most of his powers remained dormant until Ichigo tapped into them.

These are the best two explanations I have ever seen.

The mere fact that we have info graphics to explain this shit is rather amusing.

>XD

Bleach is some shit

LOL

...

We must go deeper

...

...

You think bleach is a game?

I think it's a manga?

At this point it's a fanfiction.

Is there any being that can still compete with him with all these powers stacked on top of each other?

Yhwach, Aizen and maybe Urahara would be my best guesses.

What should I be seeing here? Is the 2 collar Aizen through his shikai? But some of those 2 collar shots could easily be a 1 collar from a different perspective.

Urahara with prep time is a fucking force of nature, he's the one who could defuse a rampant Ichigo out of those you listed.

what the fuck is mugen supposed to be then? and where does it fit in the power level scale with these other peaks?

I don't know, do you feel like number one?

I love powerlevel discoussions for Bleach, as they are completely absurd yet make can be rationalized to make sense. KUUUUUBO

So who's go theories on the renaming Bankais?
Isshin's is a given, but we still have Sanji, Love and Ukitake, but its looking unlikely that we'll get them. There's obviously Aizen, and then when the RG return I'm sure we'll get all theirs.

Mugetsu is a technique, not a form. If Ichigo after beating Ulquiorra was at twice the strength of a captain (noted by Unohana), then Ichigo after the Dangai training was even stronger than a transcendent Aizen because it combined the strength of his Hollow and Tensa Zangetsu (young Yhwach).

I think the RG will all be unconventional shinigami with no bankai. Bankai apparently doesn't even apply to rape-monk

It's a question of whether or not all of the RG have attained Shin'uchi as well, but I wouldn't be surprised given the nature of their abilities.

Kirinji can control spring water in his Shikai as well as blood to some degree.

Hikifune can imbue 'life' into food as well as plant matter.

Nimaiya is basically unlimited blade works.

Saw very little of the weaver's abilities but it seems she can manipulate space to some degree.

>Bankai apparently doesn't even apply to rape-monk
We saw his Bankai, it just went by a different name.
I was originally inclined to believe the same as you, but Ichibe got a Zan, Tenjiro briefly used one in Shikai, and how can Oetsu not have one? That would only leave Kirio and Shutara without Zans, and why bother just have them be unique?

I think Kirio's Zan was her paddle, like how Kirinji's was the bath sign and Monk's was a paintbrush. Shuutara's might be a sewing needle, or part of her puppet arms.

the entirety of bleach feels like Kubo is covering up his bullshit with more bullshit

Rape-monk's power is in names, if he says he isn't using a bankai then he isn't. It would be disingenuous to the name otherwise and we would have another peackock-faggot scenario

Do the words "post quality" mean anything to you?

is that really a problem? bleach chapters have so little content, you can breeze through a chapter in a minute or less

Some of it is him expanding more on concepts than is required, but lots of it is actually fleshing out the mechanics of his world.

We even got a full on breakdown of how regular healing works VS what Orihime does, and why people find her so scary for that.

Ever seen Oda try to dodge questions about the limits and mechanics of various Devil Fruits? Most Shonen just avoid the mechanics all together for reasons like this.

Straight out of Kubo's ass

>erase obstacles in path
So he's bleaching his way to victory?

Ichigo's power comes directly from Kubo's ass.

fuck these stubborn people, it's basically a combination of his shinigami (hollow) and quincy powers

>Aizen brushing his wound to feel Ichigo's reiatsu
When I read that chapter I almost thought he was going to lick his fingers on the next page

Basically, he is super jesus.

Bleach is shit, that's what you need to know.

People following it are doing it out of duty alone. Ichigo being fucking everything is bullshit, and you know it.

>People following it are doing it out of duty alone. Ichigo being fucking everything is bullshit, and you know it.
Although if you think about it, usually it is the main villain who gets to be fucking everything at the same time.

He was, for a short period of time, now he's nothing, albeit still pretty powerful.

Haven't read this in forever, but must know:

Has Nel shown up again?
What's Aizen done since being imprisoned?
Is Orihime relevant again?
Did Grimjow ever come back?
Did they defeat those Quincy dudes yet?

>Has Nel shown up again?
For a tiny bit.
>What's Aizen done since being imprisoned?
Prove seals weren't enough to hold back his power.
>Is Orihime relevant again?
Define again. If still being a heal bot is what you consider relevant then yeah she's still relevant.
>Did Grimjow ever come back?
For like a few short pages.
>Did they defeat those Quincy dudes yet?
Series would be over if they did.

>LOL

This manga is so convoluted. How are the 13 year old its aimed at meant to follow?

It's only convoluted when someone summarizes it like that. That's 15 years of plot there in one post.
