Every single one in this show was a masterpiece

that's ok but it's not god teir.
ALL of the openings of The World God Only Knows were god tier. Spice and wolf (both ops) were god teir. Most SHAFT ops are atleast high teir, there are far too many to list all the ones I don't skip.
but you're just looking for a thinly veiled rec thread weren't you? fair enough, here is one I love.
Unrelated but what is with Japan's video style of going through different shots of mundane japanese towns and or nature?
Stuff like a full screen of a street light, then cuts to train crossing then to a full side street. Nothing really to do with the narrative but fills enough time to be noticed.
I remember seeing a live action japanese movie involving a girl and a suit case and eventually her being buried in a suit case but it also had this style of videography.
Is there a cultural reason for it? I always feel like I am missing out on something.
to stay thread relevant I cannot skip the Steins Gate OP or the ending.
this
also OP 2 > OP 1
>it's a character running and then jumping into the sky scene

What happened Sup Forums? you used to be cool

Goes without saying
Well, we can't keep posting the same OPs every thread
>Infinite Ryvius OP
>dub not sub
youtube.com
probably more I never skip any opening unless its completely shit.
present day
I like both, the english one's more of a novelty for me though.
the entire series had great OPs but this was the best
youtube.com
Song is too catchy to skip
I don't skip OPs at all, but if we're talking about favorites, then it's gotta be.

>Openings you never skip
Well I haven't watched it since high school and I don't remember if I ever skipped it but you can't deny that Death Note had some GOAT openings
Amazing Grace opening is pretty shit. Others are great
I love this theme, along with Neko: Shiro's OP as well.
Underrated.
>Daybreak's bell
goat taste, althought I might like ash like snow equally
I liked "Day you laugh" from x2 ten the most, but that one was good too
I'm surprised someone brought this one up too, pretty underrated
God, that opening is amazing.
openings rank:
2 >>> 5 >>>>>> 1 > 3 >>>>>>>>>>>> 4
>Reborn
>not 88

I'm a sucker for funky openings
This thread looks vaguely familiar.
this is great too
how so?
One of the things I was hyped about Part 4 was the new OP. The one we got is nice and comfy but it isn't hype
I always liked this one.
youtube.com
>SONO CHI NO SADAME ahead of anything
The only time in my life that I wanted 3D in my anime.
Part one was a classic, kids like you are too young too understand. Perhaps it was simply too deep for you.
Tbf something like Stand Proud or End of the World wouldn't exactly fit with Part 4, especially not the first half
I'm 28
It's not amazing, but the Stardust Crusader openings are trash
>rating end of the world ahead of anything
>song lyrics:
>ora ora ora ora
>(ora ora ora ora)
>ora ora ora ora
>(ora ora ora ora)
>oraaaaaaa
the only part of it that was good was the surprise near the end and that wasn't even part of the song itself
it sounds so damn forgettable I wouldn't even know it was from Hayate without the visuals
youtube.com
It's always so relaxing.
You were literally 9 years old when part 1 began.
Sounds like you have some growing up to do.
>until you like it
it's great from the start
it's openings like these you have to grow into.
youtube.com
No one posting the objective best yet
>gundam 00
holy shit user, thank you for reminding me
Didn't part 1 start in 1986?
Some EDs that I fucking love and gave me massive eargasms

Okay.
oh god dammit user
So you're like what, 43? Probably 90% of this board wasn't even born yet when JoJo started seeing as that was in 1986. Next you're gonna tell me you were reading imported chapters of Baoh back in the day
I think it's the lyrics that make op1 better than any other, also arc 1 was best arc.
totally missed it, can't expect anyone to pay attention to an OP that sounds so common
Somethings wrong with your math there pal
Trying to doxx me kiddo? You have to be at least 18 to post on this board.
Sounds like you have some growing up to do.
youtube.com
It sounds so simply yet catchy from the start.
>you, people down there, are you satisfied with the way the world is? As for me… I hate it
Sir taste
>it sounds so damn forgettable I wouldn't even know it was from Hayate without the visuals
Let me do better than that user

>Calls someone out for posting wrong version
>proceeds to post the wrong version

fluid but uncanny
youtube.com
A classic
It's not a "never ever skip" opening but it's one of my personal favorites.
that brought me nothing but pain user. i dont understand how you could do that
Still sounds generic.
youtube.com
Sometimes I just listen to it on loop
Ko No Me Kaze is an ED.
>and you don't seem to understand
>jibun wo
>HA-ACKING TO THE GATE
CAUSE I FEEEEEEEL
I CAN ALWAYS GIVE MY EVERYTHING TO YOUUUUUUUUUUU
