So from my understanding SPD doesnt want to rule with CDU, Greens dont want to form a coalition with CSU because CSU loves their cars and their oil and greens want clean cars. so that leaves Germany in a Niederlande style stalemate or not?

It took Belgium 541 days in 2010 before it had a new coalition.
Things were going great without a new government, the temporary one in place couldn't vote new laws to increase taxes or spend more money so our national debt was decreasing during that time.
