I've decided that I've given up on Mari Okada. She had always been in my "well maybe this time" list but I've been too burned with the one two three combo of IBO, Mayoiga and Kiznaiver right behind each other. It's too much. It's just too much shit.
If she's doing a manga/LN adaptation, I don't mind watching that since those tend to be okay but fuck the anime-original stuff

Not a particularly great accomplishment. Even Cross Ange and Valvrave are better than G-Reco, it's one of the worst Gundam series, a shit plot with one of the most bland and one dimensional cast in Gundam . Try was mediocre but watchable, it had some cool fights. I haven't watched Age yet.
Gundam has been shit for years, 00 S1 and GBF were the only good ones.

Kiznaiver was good. though. Everyone would like it if it didn't have her name or Trigger's attached to it.

I don't even give a fuck about Okada but all I have to say is that Kiznaiver is mediocre. The premise is shit and the drama they have around the tuna's illness was entirely dependent on people written to be unbelievably incompetent. Annoying genki was made to fall in love, although foreshadowed heavily, with Tenga for no reason other than to make the ITAI clusterfuck even more of a shitfest.
Don't even get me started with Maki's horrid ass backstory. That being said, it's arguably the only actual worthwhile thing about the show because it was actually grounded as a story instead of the shittier Kokoro Connect literal 'forced' drama aspect of the Kizuna system. Everything is dragged out unnecessarily and things arbitrarily happen all for the sake of melodrama.
At least it looks good. But that's about it.

This. The actual details of the Kizna program have always been the least interesting part of this show. I don't think anyone actually gives a fuck about the specifics of the pseudo science shit. It's always been better as just a vehicle to explore the character studies. Whenever the minutia of the kizna shit get too much attention the episodes always suffer, like with the latest one. I think Kiznaiver could have been a masterpiece if it wasn't for stupid shit like that diluting the runtime that could have been used to more character exploration. The show is pretty flawed for that reason, but all the stupid faggots who are literally too retarded to look past muh okada muh melodrama need to off themselves immediately.
But then it'd be just another Kokoro Connect that was somehow even shittier.
Her pure melodrama original series (without sci-fi bullshit like kusonaiver) are good though.
