This is unironically true. I think difference lies in the nuances of intelligence. What Jew has produced good classical music? Not one off the top of my head besides maybe Mendelssohn.
I think the difference in the black/white analysis though is that whites are just, in general, smarter in all areas of academia than blacks. Blacks are great at creating culture though for some reason (jazz, blues, fashion, etc.) which American whites tend to lack.

I am a race realist, Jews do indeed have higher IQs, far higher, their average is one standard deviation above whites.
Have you ever asked yourself why Jews control the media and head large corporations? IQ is very reliable at predicting success and high level jobs require some pretty high IQ numbers. Interestingly enough Jews also have a higher predisposition to mental illness. Despite being a race realist I am not racist, I believe some races are inherently biologically inferior at succeeding in the Western Civilization model and base this off statistics.
Also interesting: creative achievement is only correlated with IQ up to a certain threshold (120ish), after which it isn't a good predictor.

I think blacks look so cool rocking and rolling (while whites look lame doing it) could be because for blacks, playing/singing rock and roll is operating "at capacity" for them. When you give whites the same starting point, they take it objectively further, at which point blacks abandon it and come up with something else (rap, trap). That's called "cultural appropriation," seeing something you could do better and then doing it better...
You have Chuck Berry rock and roll getting co-opted by Elvis, which then evolved into heavy metal with shit like Eddie Van Halen including classical elements in his infamous "Eruption" solo. Then later you have Eminem absolutely killing every rapper he hopped on a track with. I don't know how long trap will hold out as a black bulwark, but the sound is so simple you already have teenage white people taking the style and if not doing it better, then at least doing it justice.
In short I would say blacks are good at coming up with things that appeal to a large base on a shallow level (lowest-common-denominator tripe), and then more intelligent people come along and realize the potential of the format.
I think Japan right now is absolutely slaying in the sphere of math rock, which can be taken as the final deconstruction of everything about rock and jazz, from the instrumentation, the rhythmic and tonal motives, down to the vocal delivery. So eventually even the best work of whites will reach a plateau, and will then be co-opted and taken to a higher plane by those more intelligent, analytical, and knowledgeable.

The OP image gets it wrong in two, maybe three ways.
First, though there are some whites who look down on blacks for their low intelligence, these are simply the low intelligence whites who are taking pride in being better than someone. Those of us who've put some thought into this don't view blacks in this way. Most of us simply want them to be cordoned off on their own continent or in segregated communities, and treated as you would any other creatures too dumb to take part fully in civilization. We don't look down on dogs or children for being foolish and useless. We value them for their proper role and potential. We can do this because we're allowed to treat them like what they are. We aren't allowed to treat blacks like what they are, and because of this we have the same sorts of problems as if we allowed children to vote and hold office or made it against the law to keep dogs on leashes.
As for the Jews, those who suspect the IQ system is something Jews made up aren't the same people who look down on blacks for their IQ. Shouldn't you have assumed as much? If we don't accept IQ as a valid metric of anything, there are plenty of other reasons to conclude that average blacks are too dumb to live among whites.
The rest of us have accepted that Jews are, by and large, more intelligent than whites. They have probably employed eugenics strategies within their families and communities for hundreds of years to achieve this. I side with this view simply because it cautions us always to expect a formidable enemy, to assume always that they have already outsmarted us in ways we haven't yet noticed, and to expect that they will have the advantage in all future conflicts.
