That's from the 2nd movie. The movie is kinda stupid compared to the manga. Like the characters are reduced to a single trait and the fights are like caricatures too.

Manga does it better in my opinion. Ashigara is still a goofball but at least she doesn't flail with a huge energy anchor and shoot lasers in random directions.
