Nice bestiality bait m8.

Movie made me cry.

From that director The boy and the beast is way better.

Beautiful in terms of being pretty to look at or beautiful in terms of being deeply moving?

Wolf children is fucking shit.

in terms of being deeply

You are Umasou

Tenshi no Tamagi.
Wolf Children was a kind of awful movie about how great conforming to what's expected of you in society is.

this tbqh

Probably the K-On! movie or Tamako Love Story. Discounting franchise films, I'd pick something like Millennium Actress, Princess Arete or Mind Game. Maybe Robot Dad Strikes Back. Or DYRL. I love a lot of movies.

I've been meaning to watch this one.

what is this furfaggotry?

Run, don't walk.

you are fucking shit

>liking garbage
>liking garbage where the main character looks like a goldfish on a body
Yeah nah

>(no studio ghibli)
Like that would change anyone's answer.

You can only be so contrarian before people stop taking you seriously, user.

The foot fetish one

Ghost in the shell comes to mind.
For just weirdness:cat soup
And the girl who leaped through time.

Metropolis easily.

Is it actually a good film or is it mostly just known for being pretty?

Ghost in the Shell is good to, but the somber atmosphere of Jin-Roh is perfect.

Yes

Also helps it doesn't have a weeb-tier soundtruck

the ending was kind of throwing out of nowhere

I want to like this movie. But between totally raping the concept of the original Metropolis AND Tekuza's manga, I just can't. Plus, the horrible rotoscoping annoys the hell out of me. Holy shit dude, the guys holding a gun! Stop moving the arm every frame!

Non-Ghibli?

Millennium Actress
Ghost in the Shell
You Are Umasou!
Jin-Roh
Tokyo Godfathers
A Country Doctor
Mind Game
Memories, the space opera bit (I think it's the first one)
Wings of Honneamise

and a personal favorite of mine (though not as good as the aforementioned), Sky Crawlers

aside from the usual makoto shinkai and satoshi kon films, i thought hotarubi no mori e was pretty good

...

(no studio ghibli)

What's wrong? Realize there would be no competition?

Nausica

>nausicaa movie
lolno

Manga >>>> anime

>Wings of Honneamise
literary the best thing gainax ever created

What's great is it predated Ghibli

Fucking primaries

I know... but hes asking anothershit

The manga finished long after the movie was released, you tertiary scum.

The song at the end made me tear up a little.

I tried watching it with my girlfriend. When they found the dad drowned in a drainage ditch and tossed is body into the garbage truck we just laughed and turned it off.

She's a keeper

wew

Still my favorite of his work and I think his best.

Dissapearance

>what is the most beautiful anime movie you'v ever seen?

Garden of Words

Summer Wars has real pretty visuals in its VR world, shame its mediocre otherwise.

Quality wise its

dis
not even a furfag

This

1995's Ghost in the Shell.

Visual masterpiece. Too many great scenes. Akira is great too.

Easily Keit-Ai

...

Sword Of The Stranger had some awesome animation, though its plot was pretty basic.

sure as fuck aint wolf children thats for sure
any movie with abomination characters that should be euthanized can't be called beautiful

Tamako Love Story. The best visuals and sound track on a movie.
If we are including older movies then Do You Remember Love takes second.
