Its more about importing debt free humans. A lot of people here have debts or mortgages, but immigrants are debt free, and have many wants and needs. They come, and take on debt, and produce interest.

Since Germans are very tidy we don't won't overland lines so we need to dig up roads to install glasfiber. Because we are cost efficient we need to wait till roads need to get renewnd again anyway.
