If it were possible, OPM would have to come first in order to establish the Hero scene and time for the genetic "hero" traits to evolve, or humans and mosters inter-breeding in order to evolve the mutant type people that are in MHA.

If they take place on the same planet at the same time, there's no way they would not be aware of each other with all of the large scale encounters.

Prisoner: Fights pre transformation Sea King who was around Genos level. Genos can take chunks out of mountains, not mountain level but easily a city level feat.

Genos is also way faster than All Might.
