Nice, I love paintings that capture the sublime in nature

Hyperborean Realism is the fashiest "art movement".

This is postmodernism at its most realest.

Looks like shitty 80's fantasy novel covers.

>Technology is making us not focus on the world around us! I'm the only one who's ever noticed this. Isn't this image profound?

I never understood what the artist intended for this.
>People happy to reunite with family
>The end of secret police and communist oppression
>The end of a long, long militarized conflict that threatened the world
>Oh wait there's excessive food and snacks and I saw a tit, we gotta go back

So it's like, I can't tell if the guy is speaking against western decadence, or trying to portray it as positive, the people happily jumping over the wall as fast as they can to meet loved ones again, away from the militant structures in the background, but I'd find it hard for someone to portray corporatism/excessive sex as positive.

Is the message "Yeah, it's great we escaped the militant oppression but now we have decadence to deal with"?

I don't think it's a simple good or bad, it just is. It was this, now it's that.

Die American retard

You know, thinking of it, I think it does show a bit of that. It's happy that the communist oppression is over, but the old Germany they were probably hoping to return to, the home they had taken from them, was gone.

screencap from the site on that night partway through it.
unironically ironic
