Hunter x Hunter

OMK. Fuck Sup Forums for recommending me that pile of shit.

This is easily the worst thing I ever read

Anything by SEO.

Ubel Blatt and Saikano are up there for me, off the top of my head.

Freezing or Akame ga kiru

Trash. And yes, I'm not shitting you.

your favorite series

nisekoi, easily
I'm still reading it

There's probably worse, but MAR (Marchen Awakens Romance) was pretty fucking terrible. It was an Isekai story before those were cool, and had a good premise too, but then devolved into 100% battles with zero plot. All of which were highly predictable because they were best of 5 matches, so it literally always went to the final round where Ginta had to win everything and then he did.

I couldn't get through even ten chapters of Freezing. Holy fuck, how did it get greenlighted?

>Reading Manga
Plz

Why are you here?

Because the author was already known. Akame ga kiru is even worse mind you.

Usagi drop

Gantz. I'm not really into the sci-fi gore shit but story as a whole wasn't particularly compelling.

>tfw read 100 - 222 in a day
>tfw realise the plot with the promise is all contrived bullshit
>none of it makes particular sense
>can't stop reading

I will kill myself if Chitoge doesn't win.

Toss up between:
+Anima
.Hack\\Legend of the Twilight
Inuyasha

>What's the worst manga you've read?

Worst? Kurohime. More like the story went full retard that Viz Media dropped it at Volume 14 out of 18. It had potential, but I read it all. Pretty disappointed of not only tossing away the story near the end and starting over, but the ending was something that I never wanted or something you should knowmost if not all supporting characters did not get closure.
A series that betrays you mid collection is something much more than never picking up a terrible story, or in this case a real "Season 2 never".

Speaking of the worst manga you've ever read, the last episode of Keit-ai has been released.

youtube.com/watch?v=JLUjMWRCzic

Is Sup Forums finally free of Keit-ai?

Chaosic Rune.

I'd highly recommend the first arc of it to anyone who wants to experience a death game which is essentially pokemon but with the edginess cranked up to 11 (if your summoned monster takes damage, you take damage too - only one person in the group is allowed to move on to the next room k bye have fun lol).

However, after that it just turns into complete garbage: the plot somehow manages to simultaneously be incredibly vague and cheaply contrived, and the characters receive fuck-all development. I'm pretty sure the author had no idea where they wanted the plot to go after the first arc was over. There's just an endless slew of 'battle with the next monster' until way beyond when the entire premise has been run into the ground.

I enjoyed that one until it reached what felt like a conclusion then continued anyway. I just casually dropped it after that. Can't be bothered seeing where it goes next.

Battle royal

I wasn't expecting greatness but the constant bullshit the main villain pulls was just too much

Superior Cross, what a piece of shit
Also, while not really bad, Muhyo and Roji had a really disappointing final boss, then it kept going and got terrible, until it ended in the most rushed way, probably axed

Come brothers, and let us all go forth and read Black Clover.

Surely we all have some sin we must atone for, do we not?

>not reading manga
Do you lick or sniff manga or something?

I haven't read Cross, but are you telling me it's so bad that someone who not only finished Superior but even thought "Yes, I want more of this" still couldn't stomach it?

Probably Haru yo Koi, Sakura Tsuushin, or Bokura no Koi wa Shi ni Itaru Yamai no You de.

Yotsuba&!

naruto

nice try

Kilico, by a long shot.

Different user:
The ending to cross is an incredibly unsatisfying climax, it's so bland I can barely remember what happened.
Aside from ending and the arc immediately before it though I found cross almost exactly the same as Superior, both in strengths and weaknesses.

Akame ga kill

Fire Punch
World's End Harem

Kurohime started out mediocre, then got good, then removed the part that made it good and slid into being shit and spent forever dangling the possibility of becoming good again in front of readers.

Did you start reading manga in the last three months or something?

Yesterday desu

Fire Punch isn't that overwhelming, but I wouldn't call it bad. Yet.

My absolute unfavorite is this one manga (completely forgot the name, that's how low my opinion of it is) where the protagonist gets sent to some school for kids with abilties. He has the power of darkness and whenever he hits people he doesn't seem to hurt them and meets a guy with a sword that can talk and absorb light (or darkness?) and this other guy who can use animals as ammunition/projectiles for his gun.
They get assigned to some school building that's split into four wings of some sort, where they have to beat the four heavenly clichés and blah blah blah, the series got axed after 12 chapters or so.

...

>Akame ga kiru
This, also among the worst fiction in general. It's mind numbing that such crap wasn't axed after the first chapters. It's like an awful mix of the worst parts of Elfen Lied and Fairy Tail put together. I'm positive my 8 years old nephew would write a much more coherent story.

I drop all of them. So it's hard to say.

Pure Trance probably. At least some of the ones mentioned started off entertaining or border mediocre. Completely unreadable is on a whole different ball game.

...

...

I was expecting post apocalyptic survival, not son of a crime boss.

>World's End Harem
this

It'sd kind of hard to remember the very worst I've ever read but the last one I dropped was Higanbana no Saku Yoru ni.

Hero Academy, no question.

Hiatus x Hiatus is overblown hype.

I can't remember the jap name, but it translated to My First Gal/Girlfriend.

Fairy Tail comes to mind.

freezing

Arachnid. It's just so bland and ridiculous at times, and at other times it's ridiculous and over-the-top, but not in a good way. Everything about it is just an absolute mess.

I liked it, but yeah the shift in settings and tone was kind of jarring.
