The idea that "race is a social construct" only applies in the sense of how you classify them, not that differences between them do not exist. Just because you can't precisely identify the border, it does not mean different subgroups do not exist (you can apply the same reasoning to the color spectrum). When you compare groups that are not "bordered", it becomes easy to classify (for example: swedens and congolese - you know which is which just by looking).
Another argument is that "there are more differences within than between". But that is true for several animals and still there are several subspecies recognized.

I don't think race realism is wrong in any way and it might even benefit to take it seriously. However I'm way more concerned with culture than race. It's certainly a bad idea to fill our countries with low IQ trash and expect no consequences, but taking in skilled migrants of compatible cultures in controlled numbers isn't any issues, no matter their skin color or bone structure.
