I honestly expect the worst, because this is just an advertisement for Rewrite+ by a garbage studio.
Decided to watch shounen maid this season and it has nice backgrounds at least, so I'm hoping for that.
The animation itself looks fucking terrible, but it hopefully won't get as bad as Comet Lucifer.
I hope Key decides to be strict with them like they did on JC staff to fix LB!, due to how much QUALITY there was. Unlike Comet Lucifer it's not original so I hope Key makes sure it looks decent.
Rewrite+ will never be translated, because Amaterasu is probably being payed for an official localization of the games.
They're also only doing an original Kagari route, in order to abstain from showing too much VN content. That way the remake will sell better.
I expect one cour only. It's going to be a disaster because of shitposters claiming that Maeda wrote it, or why is it not selling as much as his works. I also foresee a bunch of animeonlyfags who think this will be a traditional Key work.
The best we can hope for is 12 weeks of comfy Rewrite VN discussion, hopefully about the changes in the remake when it's out.
