Every piece of data that's come out since Lynn's numbers contradicts his findings. EVERY SINGLE PIECE. What's more likely then? That Lynn is right, and everybody else is wrong or the inverse?

Also, he used different (style) tests, different test sources, taken in different decades under different circumstances, amongst different age groups and different economic classes.

He needs a UNIVERSAL TEST, if he's going to push UNIVERSAL numbers. He needs to give the same test, to the exact same age group, and the exact same amount of test takers in the exact (or as close as possible) intersection of economic classes.

Otherwise it's a mess.

That's why PISA is important. It's the same test, and it's taken by a large amount of test takers (annually or biannually- I forget it's frequency) so we can literally compare the results, by country, by year.
