You can theoretically buy the test with a reloadable visa card, give them a fake name, and have the results mailed to an address far from your home where you can pick it up. but if any of your relatives have done it then it will be in their database that user-you are related to them. Siblings and parents are your closest matches and if they know you are a sib or child of an existing customer, it's not too difficult to get the rest of your real info.
