...

If he didn't we are fucked. It is specifically illegal to be a Communist in the IS army.

...

IS has banned communism?

Still in the process of discipline under UCMJ, his professor and mentor at West Point has also been placed on leave. He is most likely to be dishonorably discharged especially if Trump finds out.

Who was he reported to?

His chain of command

Anyone started tweeting it at Trump? I am tempted to share with r/thedonald but I don't want to go anywhere near that site.

Even if he hasn't, he will be

this is the kind of military chump who gets ptsd from spending time on a boat in the pacific and fucking trannies in thailand on leave. the military is already full of beta cucks.

What does the j stand for? Justiciary?

ALL MEDIA MATTERS EMPLOYEES WILL GO TO PRISON

kek

...

Justice.

uniform code of military justice

yes

...

How the fuck does someone this brainwashed and cucked even get into military? Do they not have any vetting?
A communist who infiltrates the army should be straight up killed for treason.

Fpbp

The way he went about this has sealed his fate.

He could call himself a socialist, a progressive, a transgender vegan queer, etc. and the military would have to go through a media circus of free speech, bigotry, fascist toxic masculinity, etc.

But he made the mistake of declaring himself a communist. The US government and military have very clearly worded and defined laws against communism from the 1940's and 1950's.

Because of that he is fucked. He's going to get swift harsh justice for this.

Not swift enough

ufufufufufu

ayy

We have a 10th Mountain user at ft drum waiting for him to pcs in. Leadership already knows eeeevvvrryyyyytttthhhaaannnngggg and is waiting for him to report in so they can shit down his neck. Keep eye for updates here.

...

Guaranteed to have his star by age 50

Trump is the least of his worries. He publicly disrespected Mad Dog Mattis. He is done.

It hadn't even been a week. He still gets due process before he's branded a traitor and sentenced to life in prison.

...

Off topic: are you allowed to be a fascist in the military?

Carlos you fucking spic you have to go back

Not to mention he made West Point look bad. Thats the alma mater to many powerful people

Are you asking if you can fly a nazi flag in uniform? No

You're expecting too much lol

...

>be 10/10
>Become a soldier instead of an actor

wtf?

What about his cronies and that Marine?

From what i read ITT youre not allowed to identify as a commie when serving in the army, (i dont mean wearing the che shirt or the note in his hat but the simply act of identifying with an opposing ideology), so are you allowed to label yourself fascist? Not NatSoc specifically.

whatever it is it won't be harsh enough

>that
>10/10

The Long March Through The Institutions

read a book, how are you going to fight communism if you don't know your enemy?

You're not supposed to be publicly politically involved while in uniform.

El oh el

No it isn't

He made it through Ranger school and was picked for Ranger SF as well as getting into West point. We're fucked

okey, may not 10/10 but solid 7-8/10
>tall
>fit
>symmetrical face

He could become an actor or model

...

>fit
Christ poland, if that considered fit in your country than pic related must be the hulk

We've done our part, this is out of our hands now.
Hopefully those in command pull upon the thread they've been given and purge accordingly.

in poland someone like that is 11/10 desu

Ok. So if a soldier is doing that. Who would it be reported to. There are a lot of libs hit saboteurs in the Army.

Honestly never came up while I was in. Being a communist is bad because there are still communist countries that are our enemies. We beat the Nazi's decades ago

Hi. Navyfag here.

Part of your questionnaire process to get a background check and clearance involves the investigator asking you if you are or have ever been involved with a group that advocates the overthrow of the United States government. This includes anarchists, communists, and a variety of other stuff. So yes, what this individual has done is against policy. He can be prosecuted under the UCMJ for falsification of information, and whatever the Army's equivalent of NCIS is could rake him over the coals for lying on his SF86. There's no grey area here, by the law he should be administratively separated from the service and be barred from an government sector work.

this

Communist Control Act. All commie scum deserve the rope.

If I looked like that my wife would be home more

Probably those of higher rank, or those responsible for vetting applicants.

>when your self serious Jewish pic gets memed on by Chad

t. Pinochet

Unofficially, he's guaranteed to be up shit creek.

Officially, it's a matter of the chain of command making sure all the barrels are loaded properly before he's put through the court-martial equivalent of a firing squad.

They won't kill him, though a dishonorable is a very, very strong case. He's a disgrace to the uniform.

Army NCIS is called CID

>Unofficially, he's guaranteed to be up shit creek.
His future is bleak.

Even if he's a degenerate you have to admit he's a good looking dude

This is a nuanced subject, as many minor or 'morality' type offenses are command based.

We had a guy whose wife was a pornstar, and her actions and associated whatnots were a disgrace to the unit. The guy was kicked out of the unit because he made a poor decision and it represented the unit poorly.

In a different command, nothing might have happened.

So, if a person posts a picture in uniform of them at some kind of political event, protest, charity, etc, they are in violation of the regulations because they are using their uniform to spread influence.

If a person is easily identified as a soldier on social media (most vets have stupid 'job titles' and don't do this) and they post about degenerate shit, illegal, immoral, etc, or pictures to the same, their command MIGHT get them in trouble with a Company or Field Grade Article 15.

If any person is in the military and makes disparaging comments about the Chain of Command, this is also illegal. Same goes for supporting movements that want to overthrow the US government or their allies, as well as movements that the US is fighting. (Rapone gave medical advice to Marxist Kurds in North Syria)

Note, I don't personally think retweeting, liking, or posting a meme is jail-time UCMJ material, because one could argue that they do not endorse the material and could just be saved for later or for general awareness. A command might think differently in terms of how a soldier uses their social media, especially if easily identifiable as a soldier.

All that said, you will get fucked by your peers. I said something on my social media years ago to the effect of me thinking I was smarter than everyone and that alone got me in hot water (no UCMJ) and I had to prove that I actually was to pull myself out of it.

...

...

He's totally fucking fucked, mate. Big Time!
Civilian normies have no idea the shit storm he is in. Blindsiding your chain of command with public embarrassment on a seditious level is just about the worst thing you can do. They will throw the book at him.

The proper way to deal with A Communist is execution. Via Helicopter if possible. The same with his nigger professor.

Personally, I say firing squad.

Such a beautiful face, such an empty mind. What a shame.

t. edgelord

For minor or questionable offenses, you want to notify someones chain of command.

>drunk while underage.jpg
Notify their command

>Fighting at a bar.jpg
Notify their command

>Cheating on their wife, or cheating with someones wife.jpg
Notify their command

>Sedition.jpg
Notify their command and appropriate CID/NCIS on their post

...

I would love to discipline that naughty, naughty boy by consensually inserting my benis in his rectum.

Shut up homosexual.
Communism is responsible for the death of over 100 million innocent people. This boy and the nigger who mentored him are traitors to the American way of life, and deserve death.

You know he kind of looks like Ben stiller

He is right though - Communism WILL win. Have any of you shitlord even READ the Communist Manifesto?

>sedition
That requires a plan to overthrow the government. Changing the way a country is governed isn't the equivalent of launching a coup or revolution.

...

Fag dog Madis is a childless homosexual who lost Iraq to the Iranians and is letting the shoeless Pashtuns btfo out of the ANA. Ameriniggers suck at war and democracy.

because we're not a fucking Democracy.

We're a Republic. A republic being held hostage by a corporate oligarchy.

If you join the military with the intention of changing the way the country is governed from inside the military (meaning any number of methods) which is what Rapone said or alluded to, then it's sedition.

His reddit account had 3 different posts which are what he's going to be in trouble for. The uniform stuff isn't that big of an issue, it was just the signal that lead people to his other musings.

legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/sedition
>Sedition is the crime of revolting or inciting revolt against government. However, because of the broad protection of free speech under the First Amendment, prosecutions for sedition are rare. Nevertheless, sedition remains a crime in the United States under 18 U.S.C.A. § 2384 (2000), a federal statute that punishes seditious conspiracy, and 18 U.S.C.A. § 2385 (2000), which outlaws advocating the overthrow of the federal government by force. Generally, a person may be punished for sedition only when he or she makes statements that create a Clear and Present Danger to rights that the government may lawfully protect (Schenk v. United States, 249 U.S. 47, 39 S. Ct. 247, 63 L. Ed. 470 [1919]).

>The crime of seditious conspiracy is committed when two or more persons in any state or U.S. territory conspire to levy war against the U.S. government. A person commits the crime of advocating the violent overthrow of the federal government when she willfully advocates or teaches the overthrow of the government by force, publishes material that advocates the overthrow of the government by force, or organizes persons to overthrow the government by force. A person found guilty of seditious conspiracy or advocating the overthrow of the government may be fined and sentenced to up to 20 years in prison. States also maintain laws that punish similar advocacy and conspiracy against the state government.
>However, because of the broad protection of free speech under the First Amendment, prosecutions for sedition are rare.

just give up communism
