Nazi is anti NatSoc slang for one. For two, even nat soc has too much of a branding problem for it to "rise again".
Hitler wasn't being descriptive when he chose the term Nat. Soc, he was being didactic and strategical.
If he was reincarnated now he wouldn't choose the labels Nazi or NatSoc for America because of the tremendous baggage of the term.
He might though choose a different sort of name with socialism, because initially part of it was to separate and bring in Marxists to give an opportunity to convert them.
Hitler understood the power of language, modern "Nazis" apparently do not.
If you want to thrive you need to fix this issue of branding, countervailing desensitization of the term by its recent overuse by the left won't remotely be enough to overcome this issue.
The democratization of the Nazi brand won't work either, rather a small elite will need to lead the masses through careful rhetoric.
