I fell asleep during the second part and was woken up when the train passed on the third part. Never bothered to rewatch it again.

must resist the temptation

It was good, but i feel it took too much to convey a message so simple. Garden of words was better

Baby first romance anime

>it wasn't dumbed down enough for me
I've never heard of such a complaint on Sup Forums. Good for you for being honest.

was this the one where they were cuddling in that trainstation in the cold?
that was pretty comfy

No, i did get what they tried to convey at the second part (with the tanned girl) "you can't always get the person you love to like you back", but the third part i just felt it was dragged for too long

1st chapter was really good and comfy
2nd wasn't as good as the 1st, but still approves
3th chapter has a good plot, but poorly 'exploted' and the ending song was really shit. It rustled my jimmies 2bh

Is this the one where

A boy falls in love with a girl.
Unable to confess, he is gifted with by a deus ex machina with the girl’s phone number. Never minding the strange area code, he immediately calls her, and is overjoyed to find out that she has a crush on him as well.
But, the next day, when he recounts the previous day’s confessions to the girl, she only looks at him with a perplexed expression. After some investigation, he finds out that the girl he called is not the same girl he fell in love with. In fact, she doesn’t exist in this universe at all. She is the girl’s alternate universe counterpart, who has fallen in love with the MC’s own AU self, who too is blissfully unaware of her crush.
Hijinks ensue as the two strike up a deal to give each other their darkest, most private secrets in order to equip the other with the weapons they need to conquer the heart of their other selves. While the two chase their respective loved ones, DRAMA ensues as they begin to fall in love with each other instead and question the NATURE of LOVE.

Did I read somewhere that theres a manga edition of this? How does it compare to the anime?

No. That's Voices of a Distant Star.

>Hear that it's good
>I try to go into shows not knowing anything about them, so only know that it's good
>Decide to save it for a rainy day
>Girlfriend breaks up with me
>Be sad and decide to watch it
>Watch it
>Be sadder

Good taste.

This movie is literally for cucks. Who else would enjoy this exercise in masochism as the MC willingly gives up the main love interest for their collective good.

Oops. I'm sorry, my friend. It seems like you didn't "get it." That's okay, it happens often. Perhaps you'd like to revisit the film in case you forgot something? Maybe read a quick summary about the plot or the characters? How about asking someone who knows a little more about the film? It's okay that you didn't understand points of the film. Happens often to those who may not be as invested in the show as much as others are.

Was a better Shinkai work.

INB4 SOME AUTIST SAYS I JUST DIDN'T GET IT, NO, I GET IT, IT'S JUST BORING AS FUCK BECAUSE NOTHING HAPPENS. IT'S JUST DUMB CHARACTERS MONOLOGUING

DO YOU KNOW WHAT'S ALSO "REALISTIC" DRYING PAINT, BUT I WOULDN'T WATCH THAT EITHER.

>drama's
>'

I hate you.

is this keitai?

Haha, epic shitposting. Fuck off.

>NOTHING HAPPENS
Thanks for proving to us that you truly didn't get it.

>ending song was really shit

I wish people who said shit like this were trolling.

It's a good movie

Shinkai has never made anything approaching good. He should serve as an art director under people with talent as a director and writer.

...

You didn't miss anything

Yes

you guys should've just watch mexican telenovela. Literally the same shit
