The wizards will take a look at her and then one of them will walk up to Guts and silently shake his head, which will throw Guts in a fit of rage and force him to find a new raison d'ètre. Something like killing Griffith, finding some new magical mcgiffin, anything that moves the plot forward basically.

It's pretty obvious that there's more to Falconia than just being Griffith's dream. The parallels to the ancient city are just too strong, it basically is the ancient city reborn. And we all know what happened to that.
There's some larger plan of Griffith, and the God Hand as a whole, at work here. Merging the realms and unleashing magical beasts upon humanity and then creating a safe haven where every huamn will gather is just the first step. Only Miura knows waht'll happen next.
