Separatist Europe

What is the next big regionalist movement in Europe after Catalonia?

germanistan

Scotland and Ulster

Paris becomes the first european caliphate

Catalonia will become such a shitshow that the other scessionist campaigns will be turned into memes for the next 10-20 years.

desu Flanders not even kidding

>TRNC
>Acknowledging it as a real country

basque ethnostate
breton ethnostate
occitan ethnostate
picard ethnostate
arpitan ethnostate
independent alsace
independant corsica

A good deal of Schleswig-Holstein wants to leave? At least thats not a strong opinion over here.

Btw Bavaria cant leave. They have to pay for our culture enrichers :)

Independent or with Netherlands? Would Brussels be some independent EU city-state or would they move to Strasbourg or just stay?

>Carinthia
????????

Poor Italia.

If we succeed in Catalonia then the Basque Country will go next I'm 100% sure.

Foreign people don't know about the reality of Spain so here is a quick summary. Spain is a multinational country just like the UK, the main difference is that in the UK England is the biggest and most populated region and also the "locomotive" and economic powerhouse of the country and thus the smaller nations like Scotland and Wales are more or less happy to follow the big dog. In Spain, instead, Castile is the biggest and most populated region but has always trailed behind Catalonia and the Basque Country in the economy and general development so nationalistic and separatist sentiments are very strong here.

If you take a look these regions are very important for the spanish economy, Catalonia has the biggest total GDP of Spain and the Basque country the fifth, the former being in fourth place per capita and the later the second. Excluding the capital only 4 other regions are above average and these ones are very lowly populated compared to the drag that represent the majority of the spanish population. So it's no wonder the spanish goverment will fight tooth and nail so we remain in the country because without us they're toast.

Very important to mention that the Basque Country and Navarre (this one is semi-basque) have a special economic system with privileges which the other regions don't have, and there have been many talks before to take it from them. If Catalonia become independent there would be a lot of pressure so the Basque Country and Navarre pay their fair share of taxes, thus pushing them too to their own independence movement.

catalonia will never be independent lmao if an official state sponsored plebiscit were to happen today ~60% of catalans would vote against it

just another case of a loud minority making a lot of fuss

>padania independence actually a thing in 2017

Did that map just mark Jan Mayen as seperatist?
Its literally uninhabited except for temporary military personell.

Also anyone who think that an independent sami country would be even remotely near that size have no knowledge about population there. The norwegian part in the marked area already have like 5 times as many norwegians as there are sami in the world.

Channel Isles independence would be pretty comfy. Nice little islands of white people inbetween two caliphate.

GDP means nothing you stupid fucking moor, India and Brazil have higher GDP than Most western European countries, Australia, and Canada.

Northern Italy would be a good bet, if Catalonia actually becomes successful and gains recognition in the upcoming years.

They have a very similar situation than Catalonia: they are the richest region of Italy and feel like other regions are leeching off them.

Also, Padanian nationalist parties have been on rise in Italy since the dawn of the economic crisis. Big gains excepted next election

M E R C I A

lega nord rebranded itself as a federalist movement since 2013.
no one is advocating for secession anymore.

Murcia isn’t happenings bud

>Frisians
>separatists

lolno.
We treat them as equals so no separatism there.

Only Groningen gets treated like shit, but they are a bunch of cucks for letting us walk all over them.

Definitely not Silesia. No one even considers them as nationality, polonised Germans at best. They would probably prefer to join Germany than to be on their own anyway. Unless Fuhrer Merkel anschluss them, they ain't going anywhere.

at this point spain should be suicidal

Well I don’t think paranoia would happen anyway because their are too many regional cultures

Well, I’m southern Italian so I can’t speak for the north so I’m not so sure

All of them.

Welsh independence. I want autarchy for Wales.

What’s so bad about Groningen

cornish independence, and wales and brittany, to form a union together

We should have built a dyke around your country desu.

Basque Country, then Northern Ireland, then Scotland, and maybe Bavaria.

Nothing, we just treat them bad.

They sit on top of shitloads of natural gas.
Extracting the gas causes earth quakes.
But instead of using some of the gas money to help them we take all and spend it in the rest of the Netherlands.

Its nice but what a with the bastardization of the basic and Galician flags?

Wtf retard in that same imagine you have the population too so you can know the GDP per capita.

>bastardization

what

That is the original flag of the suevic kingdom. The basque one is the original one of the kingdom of Navarra but with a lauburu.

i think that, right now, sardinia and south-tyrol (in a smaller way) have the strongest wishes of indipenndence (well reunion with austria in the south-tyrol case) in italy.
still, their movement are basically un-heard and have no take in the majority of the population.

I'm an active member of the Wessex regionalists we support independence for the 7 ex Wessex country. I also support all other uk separatists.

y tho

Do you support Mercian Independence, Saxon?

i like how virtually all of spain is colored on the map, ideal artificial country with tons of separatism

>~60% of Catalans would vote against it
Obviously the Spanish government thought it would turn out differently.

Europe is now open for the taking!!!

Live in Scotland and can tell you an Independence vote isn't happening again here. Most now want socialism and are now jumping towards Labour while also wanting to rejoin the EU. And virtually all of my generation want open orders and free shit, the elites plan seems to be working.

>Castilla vuelve de los muertos
YES YES YES

We have a very strong culture in Wessex more that any new world nation I would say. With the mass immigration into England and the highly conservative Wessex (except Gloucester and East hampshire) I think we will see a surge to our movement in the next few years.

>In Spain, instead, Castile is the biggest and most populated region but has always trailed behind Catalonia and the Basque Country in the economy and general development so nationalistic and separatist sentiments are very strong here.

Lel, no.
Castile is divided in 5 Autonomies: Cantabria, La Rioja, Castilla y León, Madrid and Castilla-la Mancha.

One could argue that Extremadura and Murcia would also be a part of Castilla.

So that's why.
Meanwhile Catalonia exports more to tiny Cantabria (500 inhabitants) than to the USA.
Comparing neighbours, Catalonia sells more to Aragon (1 million inhabitants) than to France (66 millions).

Without Spain, Catalonia is finished. Big companies already said that they would move to Spain, including the automaker SEAT and the two biggest banks (La Caixa and Sabadell). This happens because such companies have more clients in the rest of Spain than inside Catalonia... and because Catalonia would be fucked up after independence (out of the EU, NATO, physical barriers in the fucking roads to Spain and France, etc.)

Crimea will probably join Russia soon.

I would do. I would like them to succeed too however those regions are quite leftist so it may be difficult.

Last time i went to Sicily they were pretty into independence and anti government stuff. There were communist symbols everywhere, but when I asked everyone would say it’s not that their commies but that they just did it to insult the government. I think that they knew of the Americans track record of killing comics and got scared

>Scotland
>Ulster
>Donetsk-Luhansk
Case closed.

Fag

> Ingria
I am tired from this forced meme

Literally the same meme map for Scandinavia again.

THERE IS NO SPERERATIST MOVEMENT IN SCANDINAVIA.
Also, the 'sami area' on that map is WAY to big for Norway at least. It's more like a small spot in the far north (pic). The rest 99% of the population are Germanic Norwegians (the native people of Norway).

Fuck off nigger, stop squatting on rightful Welsh land.

t. Perfidious Cymru
It will be tough but who knows, maybe when the immigrant issue becomes too big of a problem we will have people flocking for independence.

There is no Mercian separatist movement you total twat

Cornwall, yes. Wales, yes. Scotland, yes. And I'll even give you Yorkshire (I don't think they have a thriving independence movement by any means, but I'm sure there's a couple of farmers in a shed somewhere you would like Yorkshire's independence)

But fucking Mercia? You're a fucking moron

We need to establish the Welsh Internet Defence now.

Welsh Internet Defence League*
Embarrassing desu (anybody else just write "desu" now instead of "t b h"?).

Yes there is.

Cornwall independence duh.

I didn't make the map

Novorossiya is rightful Rossiya clay

See the acting witan of Mercia, while they do not have that large a base they have a strong group of members who are quite active.

That's the most realistic scenario.

bavaria or venice/milan

>Bayern
>seperatism
Yeah no

Not really. The referendum is just illegal. Sedition is a crime under our constitution.
