How would the rest of the world react if America went through a second civil war? With the way America is at the moment, it would be unlikely that it would be fought the same way it was the first time or the way it is being fought in Ukraine; I.e. Loyalist versus rebels: I see it being more similar to the Syrian Civil War; a free-for-all of many small groups fighting for dominance. So my question is: What would China and Russia do? I have heard speculators say that some foreign governments would arm and fund rebel groups. What would our military do? I saw a image posted on Sup Forums a long time ago that had the estimated rates of defection for our military during a civil war or martial law scenario, I wish I could find it again, if any user has it, please post it in this thread. What does Sup Forums think?
Another question is, do you think we will have a civil war? Why or why not? How are you preparing? I have no combat training so I am not sure how well I would fare, but I have been reading up on guerrilla warfare strategy & tactics, specifically sniper tactics. My father is prior-service and a retired police officer so hopefully I'd last long enough to cross 90 miles of terrain to find him. He is a Mormon (Latter Day Saints) and they believe we are living in what's called "the last dispensation" or the "latter days". In their church all members are encouraged to prep for said days by storing food & water and other useful things. With his LE & military history, my father has also stockpiled a small arsenal of weapons as well. Btw I am not a Mormon anymore, I am not trying to recruit any of you into the church.
Since I mentioned Mormons and briefly remarked about their beliefs on the latter days, I am interested on y'all's spiritual/religious/metaphysical beliefs on this subject.

They do. Trying to get a single federal government to expand to the point of controlling the world the way Nazi Germany tried is too impractical. They want the World Government/UN to overrule Federal governments the same way the Federal government can overrule a state or a county's laws. The US is just too big for them to control, so it's being sabotaged, both from people within the US government (like Obama) and by those making it look like the county is on the verge of civil war even if an overwhelming majority of the country doesn't want or isn't interested in one.
