The poll also found that white males are significantly more right-wing than white females.
61 percent of white males were pro-republican, while 26 percent were pro-democrat.
44 percent of white females were pro-republican, while 38 percent were pro-democrat.

'98 gen z here, lived in three different states in the south. Right wing ideas are not met with hostility as much as they were for my older siblings. I've been able to network with many people my age about spreading and discussing alt-right ideas, and we've never once been shunned or outcasted for our ideas. As for millenials, keep in mind that "conservative" policy in USand Canada around the time they were nearing age of majority was not what i would call classically conservative values or leadership. Right wing and alt-right are not synonyms. But I agree that if being being right wing is easier, it's also easier to be publicly alt-right. Most people do not broadcast their devotion especially if it's publicly shunned so the "real" number of people who identify as "alt-right" is hard to define.

I'm 19 and I definitely agree more often with the Republican platform than the Democratic one. Still, though, I wouldn't exactly consider myself pro-Republican, but I'm for sure right-leaning.
Honestly though, I don't know to what degree this whole "Gen Z is more conservative!!!1!! :DDDD" is just a meme. I can only speak from personal experience, so this is purely anecdotal, but I for sure don't come across many my age or younger that are as seemingly conservative as me even though I myself am not even that right-leaning. Again though, I don't really hang around much of the younger teenagers of course and I happen to currently be a student here at UC Berkeley, so I'm surrounded by the liberal minded constantly.
Plus, I don't honestly know how I would label myself though in regard to the right wing. I'm a little too moralistic/religious for the alt-right and libertarian crowd. At the same time, I'm also too libertarian and ultimately not enough of an authoritarian for the religious right. Then, I'm too anti-establishment for the neoconservatives. But, I'm also too much of a statist for the anarcho-capitalists. So on and so forth. Maybe I'm just centre-right. I don't know. Labelling shouldn't matter that much anyways.

I agree with your first point. Sup Forums keeps generalizing the entirety of the generation, which is the issue. The non-white portion is still filled with progressives and the non-white population in the U.S. will only continue to increase at this rate. When that starts changing, then older conservatives can be quite hopeful that the next generation will be rather conservative.
Also, when I brought up personal experience, I mentioned those my age or younger, which solely includes high schoolers I know/knew and at most university sophomores. I should've clarified this, but I more so meant to refer just to the high schoolers. I went to a Christian high school and there were still a considerable amount of liberal-minded students. I still know a good chunk of the students there and not much has seemingly changed. Again though, this is purely anecdotal.

Foe example California whites voted Clinton, but nation wide, whites voted strongly pro-Trump.
So those results fluctuate and depend on where you live. I deal with the average result for all US states.
