Well, our countries are realy small and would kinda benefit if we united but our cultures and languages are way to diferant, our 3 countries uniting would be like north america uniting into single country, it mybie would work out with Canada and USA just like Lithuania and Latvia but Mexico is way to diferant just like Estonia, geneticaly speaking we are same but culturaly realy diferant.What we should rather do is making some sorts of baltic trade union and make some sorts of baltic union like nordic union, but uniting into single country would be problematic.

Texas was the only one with an independent electrical grid, but I have less faith they'd make it on their own. These days compared to how they did previously. On the county level there isn't much hope either, might be some, same for cities. Many of them are net consumers, not produces, much less self sustainable. Future USA balkanization has quite a lot of opportunities.
