What is stopping Kurapika from using a Nen exorcist to remove Chain Jail from his own heart and be able to use it on everyone for free?
Outside of MUH TOGASHI HONOR, that is.

The restriction would be broken and Chain Jail would stop to work.

Youd be surprise

>What is stopping Kurapika from using a Nen exorcist to remove Chain Jail from his own heart and be able to use it on everyone for free?

Dragon Quest.

He could only do that per each time he used to it. It wouldn't be a for-life type thing.
Also, in the entire world there are only a handful of nen exorcists and they are meant to be both extremely expensive and even more difficult to find. I mean Chrollo only found his by way of a fortune cookie.

What is stopping nen from just not having rules and letting people do whatever they want? Like I mean come on it's the current year

It wouldn't have the required power to actually work.

Would it? At worst, it'd work like a normal conjurer's Chain Jail, not disappear completely.

What

I don't see how that would even be needed.
Kurapika doesn't renew his vow after he uses it and Chain Jail is literally something for LIFE, it is stuck on him until his death otherwise the limitation would be valid of nothing...

If he casts Chain Jail on 3 people that's 3 times he'd have to hire a nen exorcist.

You have no idea how nen works.
Didn't you read Kurapika's master's explanation? The harder a condition is to fulfill, the greater the power in exchange. You can't just draw five cards and call it a royal flush. The actual act of putting himself in danger is what gives the power effectiveness, removing the restriction would weaken the power.

Let's say he hires Abengane.
Abengane's thing is that the nen curse still exists but it is transformed into a nen beast and it only disappears after the original nen curse has fulfilled its purpose.
Chain Jail around Kurapika is GONE, there's no risk to using it on non-Troupe members but the original limitation (and Chain Jail's power) are still intact.

For all we know, Kurapika could just pull the chain out of his chest whenever he pleases. The reason he doesn't do it is because putting himself on the line between life and death is what makes his powers so effective.

So he really would have to hire Abengane and renew his vow each time. Meh.

...

Damn... This is fucking beautiful.
Is there any more characters?

That's not really what I'm trying to say. I'm saying that the act of removing the chain would be pointless. Searching for loopholes in nen is fruitless, because it's literally based on your mentality.

I'm not entirely sure of that anymore. Alluka/Something kind of debunks that.

Nope.

Nanika and Alluka are explicitly pointed out to be rule-breakers, though.

Why doesn't Killa just wish Alluka to kill all the Troupe members, purge the DC of catastrophes, and bring back Kite?

Because Killua literally doesn't care about any of those things.

>why doesn't kurapika remove the nen restriction which is what makes his nen powerful

Because Killa is now a member of the Wu-Tang

Was the point of Alluka's arc so hard to understand?

these retards who ask "why doesn't killua just ask alluka to do x, y and z" don't realize this shit was already addressed in the story

The point of Alluka's arc was a teaser for the upcoming Dark Continent arc.

It's obvious that the only reason he was able to be so powerful was because he put the restriction on himself. He fully intends to follow these restrictions. The restriction is symbolic of his decision. Should he no longer have such resolution, he will become weaker, regardless of whether or not he goes through with it. Piercing his own heart didn't make him stronger. So the interesting question is if it is removed against his will, does it weaken him? That is the only way for him to become super special awesome.

Or si cr he did it as an amateur to get power quickly, now that he is more experienced he might be able to just relax and undo it and train to learn his technique the normal way instead of the crazy way he did it. Gon became super strong, but did he lose his nen because he resolved to use it all and yet there is some left?

>Gon became super strong, but did he lose his nen because he resolved to use it all and yet there is some left?
There can't be nen "left" you retard, nen is simply the action of using your aura

>what is preventing Kurapika from removing the restriction on his nen ability?
You must not be very bright

Every living thing has aura and even some objects that were imbued with it.
Gon is still alive, so he still has aura.
What he can't do anymore, is use nen. He lost that. It is Gone.

...

>Faggots think this means they are 100% gay

Only faggots would take filler seriously

>he thinks a boy touching another boy's butt intentionally isn't gay

don't reply to landwhales

>There won't be anymore released chapters of HxH for at least two years and gings are still making threads

Why are they so gay?

>Togashi: When I read the scene where Kakashi fights Team 7 while holding his book, I couldn't help but compliment Kishimoto-sensei, using that little detail to show the difference of experience between the characters made me realize that the author was really creative. Also Kishimoto has some really impressive drawing skills, I heard that in order to understand or evaluate the skills of an artist, you need to judge the way they draw hands, and the way his characters hold things in hand is impressive.

He could. He could probably remove it himself at any time, but he wants it in him. The chain provides a restriction that makes him more powerful.

Oh shit, another person who reads at incredible speeds.

You have no idea how restrictions and oaths works for nen and its effectiveness do you?
