I don't think she did anything with the bandages. Also, Hinami didn't pick up her unusual scent during the book signing event and Eto didn't wear her bandages. Those bandages are not some magical item. It's just a natural OEG's nature to not smell off to anyone unless you focus on their scent.

On the other hand, Arima hair turned part white when he was around 22, during the fight with young Uta. Furuta is almost 24 and his hair is still black. There is no proof to indicate that he suffers the same aging problem with Arima as he has gotten the surgery when he was 19. If he is gonna die like Arima, his hair should be part white now.
