Assuming you are getting this from that user larper screencap. No.
If he was, the LVPD would have disclosed it already regardless of how butthurt and embarrassed the FBI would be about it.
FBI can't simply tell a local PD to keep their mouths shut about evidence of illegal wrong doing.
