How can the ""refugee crisis"" end?

There's been a lot of anti-migrant on the rise recently, but world leaders of today are saying they need more blackies, to counter this rise of "racism". So it seems the crisis will only get worse.

In my opinion, things won't change until either Germany, France or Italy change their way.
And since France and Germany are out of the race, Italy is our best bet now.

Italy is going to hold it's next general election sometime before may, we need the more anti-migrant parties to come out on top.

The biggest parties last time around were Democratic Party, Forza Italia and Five Star Movement.

DP is relatively anit-migrant, while 5SM is more so, while FI is pro-migrant.
Forza needs to lose as many votes as possible to the other two.
Could we somehow try to manipulate people like we did with the American and French election, just to get that fucker Berlusconi to lose votes?

I'm not Italian, i just want to bring this topic up because i really think the migrant crisis has to stop, and Italy is our biggest hope right now. I just read a little about each party, and what i read is that DP has recently changed to become more anti-migrant. I'm sure you know better than me, though.

But, do you really think such a tiny party as Lega Nord can win? They didn't even get 5% last time, so i think the safest bet would be M5S, since they have a better chance of beating the other two parties.
What makes them so terrible, in your opinion, and would you really vote for LN, if they end up getting only 7%, while DP or FI win this election?

Lega nord was fairly unpopular before when Bossi was still in charge because of all tarun-secession-federalism bullshit, also nepotism.
However now with Salvini things have changed, the lega now has 15% popular support but is almost all from the north because the south still have resentment.
M5S is dangerous, because it's doesn't have ideals, it cares only of what it's in vogue right now.

Of course people already forgot that he said after the referendum he would have resigned.
