Estarossa against Escanor would probably end up with Escanor flooring Estarossa, further establishing his already childish personality showing vengeance and that despite everything there's someone in the sins that can stand up to them, makes it easier to explain why despite being greatly overwhelmed by firepower Britania hasn't fallen to them.

Probably Ringbeard or one of the other Commandments he killed 3,000 years ago.

Also explains why 4 commandments came.

Introducing a simple power measurement system doesn't ruin a series. Especially when it's used rarely and decently like in NnT.

But that would just follow the typical Shonen story development. Let Escanor solo most of them only for Melodias to come back to find out Escanor has pretty much wiped them all out.

I have no idea how this is gonna play out, I never would've guessed that we would be getting this fight so soon. But my theory is that they will have a short, but epic clash here and have a final battle later.

He's in purgatory and talking to the demon king and he's gonna get back because of the immortality curse. He's also implied to have finally lost his commandments because of his death.
