I'll break each point down with supporting sources or observations.
1) Leftists and Islamists were working on the ground as operatives/patsies. They could have either participated or simply provided proxies to take credit.
2) There were also actual trained operatives involved. They could be from two factions, or both. - Feds, who were involved with gun running via a Fast and Furious type situation where they were tracking guns being - PMC team(s), providing support and/or firepower like some did during the Maidan protests in Ukraine to shoot protestors and blame another (Putin).
3) Mandalay Bay was a "neutral" ground for different operations, as it's owner is anti-Trump and a known supporter of far left and Islamist groups with ties to terror.
4) The media was already in town for OJ's release from prison. This could have been arranged without any of the actual journalists even being aware of it.
5) Others have pointed out that Mandalay is also the name of a lodge at the Bohemian Grove. There are also a number of other structures associated with the occult or various kinds of energy around the concert, including a pyramid, sphinx, twin towers/tuning forks etc. This suggests that the event was potentially used by a group for some cult purpose. Researching the organizers of the concert and their owners, as well as the owners of the various plots where these buildings are located might shed light on this.
The Paddocks were a crime family even back into his great grandmother, chicago tribune did an article about them, they are mobsters and so are the people that run vegas and he was buddies with the owner of the Mandalay Bay. He sent a gangland message to a rival gang and was probably terminally ill and decided to give it a last hurrah all at the same time, this was premeditated and the Paddocks were just a piece of the puzzle

The FBI might have been involved with the situation via a weapons deal that went wrong, an operation similar to Fast and Furious. The FBI is known to have failed to act against ISIS plots in the past they knew about beforehand
Obviously, a Federal agency wouldn't want to admit they botched an already controversial entrapment operation. And that's perhaps what other sponsors or groups involved were counting on.
Another possibility was that a PMC group was involved in this. Very similar to what happened with the Maidan in Ukraine or in Dallas. Since the overall goal of the US Spring is to continually polarize the left and right into open conflict this ought to be considered.
Antifa or an Islamic group couldn't do this on their own, so someone likely had their fingers in the pie. If it's not a federal agency then it's a PMC.
