Will anything suffer as much hype backlash as SAO? It may have taken 4 years but the reasonably intelligent and degrees of normalfags watching e-celeb reviews effectively turned the show into the 10s equivalent of Mars of Destruction.

If we are honest Mars of Destruction is better than SAO since the suffering only lasts for one episode as opposed to 50.

SAO was ok, kirito and asuna had nice relationship simulator thing going on without tsundere bullshit or beta faggotry.
GGO was a stinking pile of shit.
At least with Mars of destruction we never have to see it again. Weebs and faggots still love SAO, and it's all over the fucking place
SAO was pretty ok, innofensive and even cute even if the final battle was highly stupid. But the stakes were there and the relationship between the main protagonists was actually its high point.
Then ALO happened. It didn't need to. It was literally written after almost a decade later.
