Unless the "project" is pulling from a random sample including people who don't normally voluntarily smoke weed there's literally no scientific value to this conclusion. The most you can state from this "project" is that the people who are prone to violent behavior likely smoke weed to try and chill themselves the fuck out. It's just as likely they would still be violent without weed; if not more so.
