It doesn't really matter, I for one did only the future authoring because I'm not struggling with my past and I'm relatively certain about my virtues and faults
I only needed orientation and that's what I got

Future authoring helped me to get an idea of what I want for what reasons and really think about how I could get there
Now I'm feeling a lot more confident and it's like the world is opening up to me in a way I've never experienced before

I did the future one and it doesn't really do anything that all the self improvement books out there don't already tell you

What he does differently is he makes you also write down the worst case scenario if you don't change your ways. So not only do you have something to strive towards, you also have something to"run away from" as he says it.
it does helps you make a plan, and thats neat, but it's not a magical fix, you still have to put a lot of effort into it. Certainly not worth the price tag

That's true. But if you're lacking orientation it could really help you improve your life so the 12 bucks or what it is aren't very much to ask for

I wish they'd make the UI a bit nicer, it's very plain and unengaging, makes it difficult to force yourself to sit in front of if you have a shitty attention span.
