Androgen insensitivity syndrome is a good example of why you can't solely go by sex chromosomes. It involves being genetically male, so XY, but because androgens can't exert their effects during development the individual is phenotypically female. That includes internal ducts, though they're infertile and slightly underdeveloped, external genitalia, and brain development follows a female pattern.
Please stop crying about chromosomes being the sole decider, it's fine to say there's only two sexes but gender differences in the brain are especially complicated and not solely decided by chromosomes
