We all know Stephen Paddock's brother slipped up pretty badly in his recent press conference, saying his brother "was an arm...", before quickly backtracking. It's clear he was trying to tell us that his brother WAS AN ARM. This makes sense - he does look like an arm, I haven't seen any proof that he is actually a full body. He is an arm.
