That tends to happen when all of the women in your society (USA) are becoming more and more degenerate with each passing day. There is little tradition/ respect in American relationships and, as a result, many people are opting out of relationships with western women. The cause of this, which has already been stated, is man-hating culture.
I am a CS major and have never watched anime. I do occasionally chill w/ my friends on video games, though. It's more of a cultural thing than a specific demographic. Women are simply degrading themselves. Not our fault.
