I could literally go on for the rest of my life and not run out of things to describe my culture with. Everyone has culture. The only exceptions ever found were children who were severely abused and isolated, children who literally had an extremely limited ability to even talk because of the severity of their abuse and only a handful of such children have ever been found.
Your argument is a disingenuous one that I see a lot. The key to the argument is that there really isn't a "white culture" there are cultures that happen to be mainly or almost entirely composed of light-skinned people, with some commonalities from thousands of years of contact. The same argument can be made that there is no "white race" only light-skinned ethnicities sharing common ancestors.
