She's right you know. It's terrible Trump greenlit a pipeline project that purposely destroyed Native American land.

Was it ever verified that the land actually contained ancient sites?
except the pipeline did none of that and wasn't even on the reservation
That's not privilege, that's statement that our culture and history matters, others do not, which is pretty simple fact.
The real tragedy is that I no longer even care what the Ruths have to say. My goal is no longer to do the right thing in any given situation but to simply offend Ruth
>inb4; childish and petty
Yup
>Muh sacred historical ancestral pow-wow teepee ground
Nope. That was made up to extort more money from the cooorporaaations, man.
Sup Forums is the new twitter
>we must protect these sites from environmental harm
>leave trash everywhere in the process
>basically turn the place into a landfill
>implying i care about either
those that want to stop actual human progress are retarded.
HAHA MYES WE ALL AGREE THIS IS A LEGIT POST AND I AGREE WITH IT HAHA GREAT JOB FELLOW POLLERIZER!@!
I live out west and everywhere you turn is sacred prairie nigger land. My family owns a fair piece of it and I give zero fucks how they feel
Treeniggers
I visit the reservation from time to time because they have zero tax on their cigarettes, so they sell them like $2 a pack. It's filthy. Redniggers literally throw out their trash in their streets and haven't come up with the idea for a landfill yet. It was not uncommon to pass through some side streets and see the whole thing littered with 6-ft high trash mounds.
Reservations should have to pay for the costs to confirm their claims of "sacred" land if they are found false.
Friendly reminder that the pipeline literally does not even go through Indian land.
the whole "faith" of these savages is not real as it is not bible-based, therefore those sites cannot be sacred either.
They are just normal part of the country without any significance.
those statues were put up during the reconstruction era to unite the country after the civil war. what's the point of tearing them down now? is country sufficiently unified, or is it pretty fucking divided?
...
Why do people start threads with a Screecap of a tweet for a literal nobody?
this is beyond retarded

Standing rock protest. This is why paddock went and shot up the country festival.
Solution then
>build confederate statues on/near these sacred sites so we don't touch them
Oh wait, it has nothing to do with the statues, it has to do with the fact we don't tend to run major oil pipelines through major population centers...
Leftists are so forgetful sometimes.
SHINY
BEADS
Wait, are you fucking serious? What the fuck have those hippies been crying about then?
what artifact? a fucking arrowhead?
>considering a statue and it's 4'x6' pedestal to be of historical value is the same as declaring half a state to be off-limits to development because it's "sacred"
I'd like to make it through one full day without encountering leftists making false equivalencies.
I think most people would be okay removing a confederate statue to put in a pipeline
every stone is technically a "site" when your people never made it out of the stone age.
If the statue was out in the middle of nowhere and especially if they could just move it 50 feet or so sure
No one wants a fuckhuge oil line going through a park or memorial though
Well, I am 100% certain if these statues were in the way of a pipeline they would be moved or destroyed.
Guaranteed.
>TFW leftists hate ethno-states, and ethnic sovereignty being tied to specific areas of land, and preserving old relics for the sake of sentimentality.......except when it's Injuns it's okay.
Most are misinformed, some are arguing it is a continued violation of an outdated treaty from the 1800s and a few argue that it crosses a major water supply to the reservation and could contaminate it.
B8
muh sacred
injuns get their way by saying things are sacred, thats how it is all over the continent
It went slightly near Injun land, so they shilled constantly until it moved slightly away from Injun land.
Leftists have an illogical hatred of pipelines and industry in general. Pipelines are literally more efficient and less-polluting than hauling it by trains and trucks. Warren Buffet owns a company that hauls oil by train, and he spends billions of dollars bribing Democrats and leftists to oppose pipelines.
Really would hate to detract from the reservations beautiful rusting cars and empty bottles.
Things that are sacred don't come with a price tag attached.
DAPL vs Injuns was nothing but a shakedown. It isn't on injun land.
When this project was in its embryonic stages, the timber niggers wanted the pipeline on the rez itself, but were underbid by their neighbor. Then, and only then did the land become sacred.
Wait, so the oil company "bulldozing through ancient sacred sites & artifacts for pipelines" is also the one saving "confederacy statues [sic]"?
The sad part is that there are probably leftists out there who think the alt-right and oil companies are somehow connected. I don't think AJ himself has considered a conspiracy theory that unbelievable before.
