Sprite, more easy and more beautiful, nothing against the Xrd style, it is really amazing and extremelly well doned, but I still like the sprites more. The animation of the finishers for the other hand I will totally love to be it like Xrd or even like a total anime scene. Take as a reference (somehow) some GHA in JoJo All-Star, like Johnny vs Valentine, something like that would totally make me buy it day 0.
I think an OVA would work but I still prefer anime. With the exception of the horrible animation and battle scenes, BlazBlue Alter Memory did everything else pretty much great, Mori knew at least what they have to do (except when hiring an animation studios)
