Youth suicide is driven by young people stuck with no skills and no prospects. If you remove minimum wage laws someone will pay them a couple bucks an hour to do *something* and then they can learn on the job and turn their life around. If they already need to be productive to the tune of $X an hour they'll never get a foot in the door.
