aight, so i'm a poorfag pleb and have done very little to self improve. Don't have a ton of money for gym/workout equipment etc, where do I even start?

Bodyweight and cardio. Here is a infograph on a bodyripper routine, but basically do tons of variants of pushups, squats, lunges, pullups and chinups and burpees. And abs.

Running too. Both jogging and HIIT. Cycling if you can works great as well.

If you're a fat fuck, stop eating fat fuck foods. Reduce your portions until you lose weight, then start working out. The guide posted in this thread is really good, but it can seem daunting. My personal to get a bit stronger routine before I started lifting was:

>Sit ups or leg raises
>1 minute break
>Push ups
>1 minute break
>Squats
>1 minute break
>Spider-Mans
>1 minute break
>Raised push ups
>1 minute break
>Wall sit
>Repeat until you can't keep going

Do as many reps as you can for each exercise, though realistically you should set specific goals to reach. If you have a pull up bar, throw in some pull ups every other day (not every day at first) and if you have the space, do tricep dips too. It's not a 100% practical guide, but it helped me a lot when I was unfit.

Look, if the guy starts working out, being active in his community, living simply, and actually helping others he'll end up centrist or right wing very fast.

Pull ups are great, but they are really awkward to do. If you have some money you can get a cheap pull up bar or something. Keep in mind my routine isn't super comprehensive, but it's something you should give a go for a while before you start making big decisions about routines and diets and plans and stuff. A huge mistake a lot of people make when they are getting into working out is biting off more than they can chew. Also, if you find the routine too easy, reduce your breaks and increase reps. Do push ups on your fists, too.

Invest in a doorframe hanging pullup bar, they are the shit.

I transferred some plants into my new garden bed whilst my wife pregnant with our first child (A son) sat in the sun. I started the fertiliser about 8 months ago using a worm bed i bought from bunnings and got a big pack of worms total cost ended up being around $100. Every week i water through the worm bin and collect the run off water a fertiliser. I'll be adding jalepenos shotly once I finish raising the seedlings. I'm also gonna add a shade cloth screen to ensure some of the more fragile plants survive the heat.

I started at 153kgs last month and i'm down to 148kgs.

Taking your time is important, making sure you actually have enough energy. Don't rush into things. Find some music that gets you excited and listen to it while working out. If you really have to, have a small bit of black coffee before working out, and LISTEN to this music while you get ready. Your body and brain will start to associate the music with activity, and eventually the sound itself will kind of act like a drug. This may not work for everyone, but it works for me. Whenever a Sabaton song comes on now, my neck and back muscles tense up and I feel the incredible urge to move fast and hard.

I took a job that required 14 hour days plus availability after hours and only i can drive so led to massive weight gain because take out was easier. The strange thing is i'm not actually that big, i went and saw a doctor to resolve some ancillary issues and he didn't believe i weighed that much considering my phsycial size

It's really more staying active and productive in whatever are of interest you have, but fitness, staying knowledgable and informed (reading), abstaining from vices and learning how to live sustainably is all a part of this too.

Hey folks. I started a job this week installing handrails for a local business. I worked 57 hours and 40 minutes this week. Unfortunately, I get very little time with my girlfriend, who I will eventually marry. As we all know, money is a necessity, but we both feel that we are both suffering quite a lot from our lack of time. Sup Forums, I want to be able to work hard and make a decent living, but I don't want to neglect the woman I love with all my heart.

I've talked about homesteading as an option, but I don't currently own any property, and, in fact, I am just 20 and live with my parents. I took this job to gain independence from them.
