I think she's my favorite Ryukishi character. She's a gigantic cunt, but at the same time it's almost impossible to actually hate her. He did a great job writing her.

I always thought of her as another Bern. Fun villain-type. Except she's not really a villain here, at least when you see it from Marie's perspective.

She's kind of like Bern, but she's nicer, at least when it comes to friends, like in Utopia where she ruined Sumire's plans, not because she really cared all that much, but more because she was mad at what Sumire did to Marie.

Like Bern she's a bully, but unlike Bern she isn't a heartless one.

Your only options are the visual novel or the anime. I would recommend the manga, because it's a pretty damn good adaptation and the art really drives home the dark atmosphere. However there's 26 volumes in all and you can't find them all translated online, you would have to buy them one by one.
