Final fight between Kenshiro and Raoh exists. Some more better fights are Yusuke vs Toguro in the dark tournament, Daigoun Jaki vs Zeus from Otokojuku! and there's also Team Soldier vs Team Phoenix from Kinnikuman.

in DB Roshi vs Goku is better and in DBZ both Vegeta vs Goku and Goku vs Freezer are better.

Because it's the perfect plot stalling tactics. With an easy setup you can stall the story for months or years with nothing but a series of battles to think about.

Kenshiro gets a powerup due to sadness, and pretty much curb stomps him. Their first fight, whcih was even was more fun.

That fight was animated good, but it was pretty one sided.

King Piccolo was a dick. He died, and produced an egg. That offspring was Picollo. Nameks are not inherently evil however, so this new Piccolo is a blank slate. He wants revenge on Goku initially. But because he has a differnet environment and set of experiences, he doesn't turn super evil like King Picollo.

The two statements don't conflict. There were tons of problems in Naruto up to and during the Chuunin exams. My point is that Everything after it was shit, which it was.

That doesn't stop me from looking past those problems and finding the little bits of gold within. There's just nothing left to be found once you're past that arc.

Honestly the Piccolo arc was in my opinion the most underrated one in the dragon ball series.

He completely changes and almost becomes a better father to gohan than goku. Really Gohan and Piccolo were the MVP of DBZ.

There's the under current of Goku having faith that others can reform as well. He did that with Piccolo and Vegeta. And tried it with Freeze. But Freeza is too much of a jerk. I wish that Goku had acknoledged that. It works for some, but not everyone.

For choreography and animation quality, Naruto has a couple top tier fights, no joke.

Well here's at least the best recent one. Shit was so intense, HxH threads are never gonna recover. Hisoka getting absolutely btfo and reality checked and is now one of the most satisfying moments in the series.
