There really isn't that much that passes the three episode test.

Time to watch six episodes a day? That's a bit over two hours while a day has 24 hours.
It's not that hard.

The first episode was passable, but the second episode was slow as fuck. I liked Sonia but she's not enough to keep me going. Opening visuals are relatively unengaging too, which is a shame because it's sung by UVERworld. The plot feels like your everyday kid's shonen anime.

Simple, by understanding that anime is a hobby and that I don't live for anime. That also being aware of the fact that you will be missing out on things either way, like a whole bunch of good older shows that you'll never get around to watching.

Are you seriously unable to work out a vague sense of the quality of a series from its premise/studio? Most people will get one or two bad shocks per season at most as long as they're reasonably savvy.

I don't look those up I just download everything that says episode 1 and go from there. The threads and screencaps here make it seem like I don't miss out on much.
