Main cast announced.
Sangatsu no Lion
>Kayano Ai
Oh gee, I sure haven't heard enough of her.
Pretty good MC choice.
>not Kamiyan
Thank fuck
>Ai Kayano
>KanaHana
Because why take the opportunity to cast some unknowns or under-appreciated seiyuu?
The whole cast is way different from Shaft's usual choices, which is nice.
>kayano
>hanakana
>kuno
Office osawa hijack
>Because why take the opportunity to cast some unknowns or under-appreciated seiyuu?
Because Office Osawa.
She needs a new agent. Her agency pushes her kohai, Hayami more.
these characters look annoying as fuck
She would've been absolutely perfect for Akari.
But it's the same girls from fucking Office Osawa.
Changing agencies in japan can kill your career if you piss off your old agency, unless you're a huge name that all producers want.
Wasn't expecting HanaKana to be Hinata. Was expecting someone who sounded a little younger.
Who cares? Its SHAFT so it`ll be shit.
But it's Shinbo.
Yes. And it should have been Kasai instead. So it`ll be shit.
Kasai or Nagai. Even Nagai/Okada team would be perfect.
What magazine is that from? Do you have any images of the character designs on the lefthand page?
>hanakana
shitty
kayanon is nice
Good MC, fuck the rest.
Those two are busy raising flags.
>Kayano Ai
>KanaHana
Holy fuck, could they have chosen any more generic--
>Kuno Misaki
This will be a good anime.
kuno is pretty generic though.
>not Kamiya
Thank you god for this merciful blessing.
Will the cast do the OP and/or ED? Asking because SHAFT tends to do that.
This is sponsored by NHK, not Aniplex.
Bump of Chicken is doing both, IIRC.
>No trailer yet
Kamiya is playing as Natsume this season iirc so he cant do the role obviously
Plenty of VAs take on more than one role per season.
Oh yeah, forgot about that.
That pic lacks Clemont. Come on, Clemont is weekly even and is from a long-running show.
Kawanishi will be resuming his role as IBO's MC in Fall you know.
Holy shit how can they even protect their voices from being sore?
They're trained professional, that's expected.
Also it's not like they voicing them all in a same time frame.
I honestly can't wait.
Sure maybe Shaft and Shinbo will do a mediocre job. Or it'll turn out great and exceed expectations. I just want to see it happen.
No, sometimes her voice is lovely
Well, I see many nips agree she has best loli voice
Nah, except people expected Kanahana because Shaft also Aniplex, and other cast are recently in Sony/Aniplex titles
What with Osawa pushing Kayanon so hard recently? also as expected Osawa main casting package
>Keito
>generic
wot
>Misaki Kuno.
No thanks, I want a director that can do more than copy paste and pan.
This. Kawanishi has soothing voice to listen to.
I'm interested almost entirely for Shinbo maybe actually directing the show himself.
Were there any news about this?
About what?
Looks like a crossover with Monogatari.
>Kawanishi Kengo
Well that's surprising.
Seems like changing agencies was a good decision.
And how does Shinbo fit in it? All he does is copy paste since the Soul Taker and Moonphase times.
And you are retard for not wanting a proper adaptation true to the material instead of inevitable slaugthered "artsiness" Shaft will try to impose.
Ideally, it would have been a Live Action even.
there's gonna be live action too though, maybe you should look stuff up before sperging
>And you are retard
ESL mexican please go
Is that Shigatsu no Kimi no Uso with the character design of dekinai-chan from DJT?
>director chosen/approved by author herself
>not a good fit
>And how does Shinbo fit in it?
He will save anime once again.
I don't know what's worse, the anti-SHAFT shitposters or the faggots who are now trying to shit on the Honey & Clover adaptation as a defense mechanism.
He better.
I'd prefer a soulless adaptation like Honey and clover's over Shinbo's shit
How about you rant on Umino's blog? She's the one who personally picked Shaft and Shinbo.
>he unironically doesn't want as much ai as possible
It's probably a leak from Young Animal, it's supposed to be getting published this week
What's the other page?
That's way more interesting!
Looking at the fact that barely anyone talked about Honey & Clover here until the moment Shaft was announced for Lion's March.
I think it's pretty fair to say that's the time wasn't very nice to Honey & Clover.
The timing of recordings varies a lot. Some shows start them over a half a year before the first episode airs and some don't, so just because someone has 10+ roles one season doesn't mean they were all recorded during the same period.
Sup Forums generally doesn't discuss older series that have ended (barring some of the big-name ones), it's not like you'd see Nodame Cantabile having a successful thread here either.
HANA FUCKING KANA
I'M SO FUCKING MAD FUUUUUUUCK FUCK SHAFT
Why do people hate her?
She's a popular voice actor so people got sick of hearing her, I don't really mind her I think she's fine
Called it in the last thread. There is a pv in 3 days.
Source?
Looking at the right side.
Looks like Shaft nailed the anime desings once again.
*left
Except the MC's
>Shaft will ruin it this is an objective fact even though the anime won't be out for two and a half months REEEEE
It begins.
based shaft
Nigger, what? It came up more than 90% of shit from 2005, and it was always in a positive context. Do you just not come to Sup Forums and expect everything to have a thread up 24/7, or what?
Somebody else realizes they all belong to the same company. Nice to see your NHK broadcast anime cast getting decided by Late Night anime style politics too.
Yup NHK got to choose the theme songs otherwise it would have been some stupid Aniplex pick like Claris or Eir Aoi or something.
I bet even the trolls didn't watch it.
Well, you never hear anything except JC Staff is better see H&C.
While H&C was a panel to panel adaptation without any attempts of improving the source material or at least providing competent animations and background arts.
Kamiya doesn't do too many roles per season these days because he is married and with a child now.
Fuck you're a literal retard, narutolovehinata5.
This shit looks uninteresting.
I'm sorry you feel that way.
fucking pervert
When has Shaft ever not reused the same handful of VAs?
Not that I'm complaining
koufuku graffiti?
Hey there Aniplex-kun. Did the daily kyoanus circlejerk already get archived?
>Ai Nonaka
>Yuu Kobayashi
>Miyu Matsuki (her last-ever Shaft gig)
So that handful of VAs isn't that handful then
Asuka Oogame's second Shaft role
Mikako Komatsu's second Shaft role
Yuka Iguchi's third Shaft role
>moving goalposts
Shaft has good hands in finding a good mix between etablished and newcomers.
Who are you to say that Shaft is not going to use them again?
The argument was just retarded as shit. The main character wasn't a shaft regular, the other main characters had one or two shaft roles before and the regulars were side characters with like 5 lines in the show. But appearently shaft is not allowed to ever use voice actors again, because you know it would be stupid to hire reliable people right? Also that "handful" of voice actors who ever appeared in any shaft show ever, so like a hundred of them. You fucking niggers are just full of shit.
Is HanaKana's character angry?
Because I won't watch it if she isn't.
Hina has her angry moments, although she is fundamentally an upbeat character.
Looks like it's time to add to the chart. It's been pretty lonely since last Fall.
now this is autism
Lucky for him
