Just look at history of Eastern Slavs. First Khazars ruled Eastern Slavic tribes. Then Varangians(Vikings) conquered the tribes, founded Rus' and ruled it. Then Mongols and Tatars invaded and these lands were under their yoke for centuries.
Later Southern Rus' fell under Lithuanians and Poles. And Northern Rus' which formed modern Russia was ruled by Germanic monarchy.
When Russian Empire fell and monarchy ended, commie jews took over. And they rule Russia, Ukraine and Belarus to this day.
