I kind of wish we could have an objective look at the Big Three authors and see when they stopped caring, because if I remember right it was long after they entered triple digits. I'd say were far off and for now theres nothing to worry about, but if things start to slump by chapter 150 or 200 we might have to start worrying.

With Naruto and Bleach it kinda gets hard to distinguish bad storytelling with just not caring anymore. With Naruto most everyone agrees that the writing quality plummeted after the Pain arc with Bleach it was with Hueco Mundo in regards to when they stopped caring both of their respective last arcs were poorly paced and suffered from a major drop in art quality (see Kubo reusing the same panel twice in the previous two chapters).

Hori seems to have a good pace and very little filler so if he got tired of it and wanted to end it he could do it without it feeling rushed and abrupt

There's no reason he can't blaze though it and be done in 2 years but his problem is he has so many ideas and goes of on so many tangents that it becomes longer than it has to be

He already got all the story together. Posted a couple notebooks each named with respective future arc, presumably full of plot for those stories. Oda tends to remember what had happened hundreds of chapter ago due to this work ethics. He just need to draw them.

Oda just needs better editors and not yes men who allow him to what he wants because it's so popular

While the quality of the timeskip chapters are still up to debate (Fishman Island wasn't bad but couldn't really live up to expectations following Marineford and Dressorosa dragged heavily due to Oda's health issues) you're right in that there's no sign that Oda is sick of OP.
